Interpretation :

Amman AppX collect Personally Identifiable Information only if You voluntarily submit such information to Us or provide access to such information by connecting to social networking sites through the App or Website for example when You use the facilities available on the App or engage in certain App related activities including but not limited to becoming a member or signing up for an account or linking an account through a social network including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Google, and LinkedIn or when corresponding with us by e-mail or phone to use any other interactive features of the App or Website. You can always refuse to supply Personally Identifiable Information, except that it may prevent You from using the App or Website, or certain features of the App or Website.

Amman AppX may collect non-personal information about You whenever You access or interact with our App or any of the related services. This includes but not limited to browser name, version, server location, device specific information such as the type of device used, users’ operating system and version, Your mobile devices unique device ID, third party Apps or Websites or App or website service that referred users to our App or Website, language preference, means of connection to our App and services location information, internet service providers, IP address, technical information and other similar information about You. Non-personally identifiable Information may be used for a variety of purposes, such as tracking traffic patterns, gaining insight into user demographics and interests, and identifying other trends; enhancing and modifying the Site, Applications, and Services; and promoting and marketing initiatives. By using our websites, apps, and other services, or by downloading them, you consent that we may collect information about you. The majority of this data, including your device information, country and region, and app usage comes directly from you or your device. We utilize this information for a variety of reasons, such as optimization, fraud prevention, offer personalization, and purchase verification, to provide you with our apps, websites, and services. Information Collected while Using the Application :

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission: Information regarding your location. We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company servers and or a Service Provider server or it may be simply stored on Your device. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings. The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. How Amman AppX protect Users Data :

Amman AppX adopts appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of Your personal information, username, password, and data stored on the App. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Application and its users happens over a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secured communication channel. However, Amman AppX cannot guarantee the security of any information obtained through unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors that may compromise the security of user information at any time. It is important for the User to prevent unauthorized access to his/her account and personal information by limiting access to his/her device.

Please be aware that even if you request that we delete your personal information, we will keep it on file for as long as it's required to support our legitimate business interests, which include meeting legal requirements, resolving conflicts, and upholding agreements.

Sharing users Personal Data :

We do not sell, trade, or rent Your Personally Identifiable Information collected by us. At times Amman AppX may be required by law or litigation to disclose personal information about the users, Amman AppX may also disclose information about the User if Amman AppX determines that for national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance that disclosure of information is necessary.

The Option for our Users to Request the Deletion of their Data :
